HVAC Tech (Maintenance Office)
Trone Rental Properties is seeking skilled HVAC-R Technicians and motivated Apprentices to join our expanding team. We offer full-time positions servicing commercial and residential facilities in Hanover, PA, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a positive, “can-do” attitude and a passion for the HVAC-R trade. We value team members who take pride in their work, are eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and replace a variety of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, forced air, A/C, gas systems, PTACs, mini-splits, boilers, and rooftop units.
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks related to HVAC-R and appliance systems.
- Install and maintain appliances, including water heaters, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, and dryers.
- Respond to residential and commercial tenant service calls.
- Perform full installations of HVAC-R systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
- Manage inventory and maintain stock.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Certification (Technician positions).
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

As a Professional Painter, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our properties. We are looking for individuals who:

Trone Rental Properties is seeking a dedicated and experienced Groundskeeping Manager to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our property grounds. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all groundskeeping and snow removal equipment, including repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to the groundskeeping team.
- Perform a wide range of groundskeeping duties, including mowing, weed control, planting, raking, gutter cleaning, tree trimming, power washing, and snow removal.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess grounds conditions and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to decisions regarding property development and aesthetic enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or related field.
